We read everything and answer what needs answering, usually within a couple of days.
How do they brew?
Drip machine, pour-over, French press, moka pot, espresso, or office coffee out of a pod. This single answer rules out more than half the catalog.
What are you spending?
Under $30, under $100, or the upgrade tier. Say whether it is a solo gift or split between people — that changes the answer completely.
What is already on the counter?
The grinder, or the absence of one, tells us where the bottleneck is. A photo of the shelf beats a paragraph of description.
What we answer first
- Corrections. A wrong detail, a dead link, a product that no longer exists.
- Questions about a guide. Budget, brew method, or “would they really use this.”
- Suggestions. A category we have missed, or a question a guide should answer and does not.
What we do not accept
